Our mission is to provide dynamic and wholly integrated workshops and trainings that facilitate and act as a catalyst for change in an individual, both in the business and personal development arenas. We educate through the use of innovative tools and techniques that allow for the exploration of the mental, emotional and physical dimensions as they contribute to our performances in our workplace and in our family settings.

As an international company, we have facilitated workshops and trainings in Canada, Sweden and the Caribbean . We are available on a contract basis for both business and individual consulting , coaching and our special Personal Intensive Programs as well as Leadership and Vision Trainings.

Vijay Basdeo, with a vast wealth of varied experiences in the business world enriches the material she works with, and brings a varied and dynamic group of associates to the company.
Vijay Basdeo, the Principal of Innerlink Training Seminars Ltd , is a trainer and counselor in the field of personal development and self transformation since 1985. She facilitates trainings and workshops in areas of group leadership and conflict resolution, effective communication workshops, team building, and delivery of stress management assessment tools amongst other topics. She has also created specialized leadership workshops for Women Only, addressing many issues including the dynamics of power, responsibility and delegation, stress management and goal setting.
She has been a business owner and entrepreneur in the field of international transportation, logistics and project management for over 25 years. The requirement for setting up and executing complex projects overseas has expanded her understanding of the stress and demands of the business world, and she brings her unique abilities and experiences into her private coaching practice which she has maintained for the last 25 years.
Vijay’s many interests has extended into alternative healing modalities that today, are now considered to be part of the new energy medicine used by holistic practitioners, some American and Canadian hospitals , as well as other countries around the world. She is a Reiki Master and certified Breath Practitioner.

As a corporate trainer and facilitator Vijay works exclusively with the internationally recognized assessment tools and measuring instruments developer, CRG International (Consulting Resource Group International Inc) a Canadian based company. World wide use of these unique training systems is recognized and acknowledged by many leading corporations as being intrinsic to their growth and success. As a licensed associate of CRG, Vijay has the ability and expertise to develop and customize training programs specific to a company's needs and requirements. She has taught in Sweden, Canada and the Caribbean.
